·          Co-developed a web-based business-to-business (B2B) electronic procurement solution that allowed trading partners (e.g., buying and selling companies) to electronically host catalogues, and communicate purchase orders, invoices (and other payables), and payment instructions via the Internet. 

·          Co-lead and managed a team of 6 developers with the system's functional and technical design, development, testing, implementation, and technical documentation.

·          Managed project by: liasing directly with the Bank’s North and South American (Brazilian and Argentinean) business owners; obtaining “buy-in” and sign-off from client management; participating in management meetings; reporting status; monitoring consulting budget; integrating new team members; work planning; identifying and documenting dependencies and assumptions; developing, revising and tracking team progress against Gantt charts; identifying, tracking and resolving project issues.

Engagement Length: 2.5 months

·          Worked with senior management to develop Bombardier Aerospace’s 2002-2003 IT Strategy.

·          Consulted to and guided senior management with: articulation and demonstration of IT function's value to the corporation; definition and assessment of market and competition; evaluation of "as-is" functional and technical architectures; identification of key strategic issues, success factors, and guiding principles; development of division mission statement, objectives and strategies.

·          Co-lead senior management strategic orientation workshop using Option Finder technology, focus group techniques, and facilitator-led discussions.

Engagement Length: 3 months

·          Collaborated with combined 12-member client/ muliti-firm consulting team to gather, define and refine requirements for a web-based trade tracking and exception handling application/portal.

·          Implemented (including installation, configuration and customization of) iPlanet Portal Server 3.0 to provide web-based administration, membership, single-sign on, security (authentication and authorization), session management, personalization, and other services; Integrated the portal with Tibco's InConcert workflow tool using standard APIs.

·          Installed, configured and customized an enterprise LDAP Directory Service (using iPlanet Directory Server 4.12) to provide federated application references and centralized user profile storage and management.

·          Wrote customizations manual ("run book") and transferred knowledge to client operations team.
